same problem with my 2014 Outback, only this was summer time. Dealer could not find problem, but now my miles per gallon is down to 19-23MPG !

The dealership can't seem to fix that either.

YUP. Seems the Subaru's are mostly "lemons"

My 2016 Subaru Forester's diesel engine with CVT transmission failed catastrophically at 42,000 KM swith no prior warning. Vehicle would not move and made grinding sounds. Had it towed to the dealer and was told it is still under warranty. I asked about the failure and was told by the service techs that they had never heard or had a problem with the transmissions before. When I told them that Subaru has had numerous problems with the CVT over the years I was told that I did not know what I was talking about and that they never had a problem. I had researched the CVT problems quite a bit beforehand and was upset by the way I was treated. I now have a vehicle that I no longer trust and a dealer that will not ever get my business again. My wife has a brand new forester xt and we hav found their service departments in the new York metro area to be very poor and not too honest and that alone will prevent us from buying another subaru as much as we have enjoyed this vehicle.

Hi, I am really disappointed with dishonesty of clay Subaru and quirk subaru dealerships. Both gave me very specific written quote on the the car, but when I went to the places, they refused on sale with advertised price. I have all email exchanges. Such false advertisements hurt company image and must be punishable.

I have a 2016 Outback and I purchased it in April. The iPod was working great, till today, two different iPods are locking up now and I have no idea why. Going to the dealer tomorrow.
