Subaru Of America in Huntington, New York - Shop can't duplicate my complaint

when starting (when cold) and going about 50 feet and turning right i get a hesitation, almost cutting out, for a second sometimes more. Like many years ago the power steering would cause the car to hesitate with a tight turn.I know this car is all computerized so it's not the same, but it feels like this.

I lived in Paradise and my house burned down adding insult to injury....the car was sitting there in Chico until I found a wonderful private Subaru Repair shop who went and got it when I relocated to Santa Rosa and they got the gearbox and the car brought it down and repaired it. This is Tilletts Subaru Repair in Santa Rosa. I love this car I just can’t believe what *** Subaru of America are. I immediately cancelled the 60k warranty which was obviously useless. The only thing that would keep me from buying another Subaru is THE COMPANY. The car I love EVEN given the clutch failure. Subaru was out to make my life hell....and it worked,

Subaru of America agreed to buy back this car. Too many issues with it.

My experience with this car & company was not great that I've decided not to get another Subaru even though they offered to give me another one. The issue with customer service took too long. All in all, this was not a great experience.

Just happy to finally resolve the issue. Back to Chevy I go.

This is a6 month old car. Multiple blinking lights should not even be popping up on my screen display. My Ascent has been at the Sherman Oaks Subaru since Wednesday afternoon. Last update yesterday before 3pm was that they had no idea what the problem is with it.

Subaru Of America - Inferior Tires

I have a 2016 Forester with 31,500 Miles on it. One of the tires developed a huge bulge on the sidewall. I called the dealership to ask about warranty coverage for tires with only 31,000 miles on them. I got the run around at the dealership They kept transferring me and the service dept. never answered, eventually it went to voice mail and they were supposed to call me back, THEY NEVER DID. (Peninsula Subaru ) So I called Tacoma Subaru, they at least talked to me and promised to call me back, they never did. The tread on these tires were in excellent shape. I had to buy new tires ( at a tire center ) $1090.00. I feel new car tires should last longer than this, and I should have at least gotten some credit. Please put decent tires on your vehicles.

I had the same issue at roughly the same mileage. I had 3 bubbles in the side walls if 3 different tires.

I figured that I would have been provided higher quality tires. I will admit I do drive some highway miles but they seemed to ware out much quicker than expected.

I purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback for my wife new. She had mentioned her dissatisfaction for how the car stereo / phone was working. She has taken the car in 4-5 times now and it is still not functioning properly. I spoke to support and was essentially told that they were trying to figure it out. No general time frame given. I’m the one that bought my wife (what I thought was) a super safe a reliable vehicle to drive our family around. Now my wife doesn’t feel comfortable driving it.

My last lease payment (to Mercedes Benz Finance) was to have been made by Subaru of Glendale. It apparently was not and I am now being threatened with collection. This dealer has ignored my emails, voicemails and my mail (sent to the same address on my Subaru contract) was returned"Return to Sender; Forward time expired." If this is not handled within 48 hours I will contact the Better Business Bureau and I will post a scathing review on social media. The minute that I took possession of my 2019 Subaru Outback (which I love), all customer service ceased. These people should not be able to deal with the public.
