Stress crack in windshield

Driving into work this morning I noticed a small crack in my windshield. There is NO rock chip. It started on the passenger side in the middle at the very edge. This is a stress fracture from a poorly made windshield. The glass is now in 2 pieces and is coming apart from the seal. I have read online about these windshields doing this but honestly thought it only happened where it is very cold. I live in Arizona. This is our 3rd Subaru, and we have never had this issue before. I would understand if there was a rock chip or anything but there is not. Subaru needs to be covering this cost not me.

No dealer call backs, no dealer interest in appointments, no body has a clue about batteries.

Called Subaru headquarters, said I wanted an apt with a local dealer. that i had called five dealers in my area and none of them would call me back.

One would not even answer the telephone.

after three phone switches got a fellow who gave me a phone no saying it was the battery place. Called, NOT ONE OPTION let me call them. Everything was go to the internet. I was mad I did not want to go to the internet.

Called back, got a lady who started out mad and got better. She got me to the battery place and a sweet young lady with impeccable manners gave me a number, saying to give it to the dealer and they would give me a new battery. Set dealer apt. went to dealer.

said all of the work I did was for nothing, he still had to test it. Should have saved the three hours I spent trying to solve the problem working at my own business.

Correct issue with new car

Due to the fact of my wifes laziness , our new ascent ( 2022) moon roof cant be fixed under warranty. The cars moon roof had an issue since day one when she opened it. The car just turned 1100 miles , never been through a car wash . The service manager at Rk Subaru in Vineland Nj says it was caused by personal damage . I would like to speak to someone. Lemon subaru

New battery car still won't start must be jumped every darned time i am sick of this car it has more complaints than i do and im 80 have to go back again mondaytake a damned day off work this is just ridiculous had to buy $65 starter. Battery carrying tractor battery on right right front floor with jumper cables floor makes my customers think I'm stupid If you cannot fix this time cuz mechanics are forgetful i want all my money back all my interest back and 500 for all the damned time i have lost from work and i promise to never ever buy another Subaru

Bad srxvice

Dishonest suburbu dealer repair service. Brought in for possible transmission problem. My mechanic recommended bringing it to suburb dealer in albany ca. He said they have to equipment to check the transmission. Report says nothing wrong with the transmission and that I need All new spark plugs and #2 coil replaced for 1400 dollars and if that doesnt work ther still might be a transmission problem. I brought it back to my mechanic. And the story gets worse!!! Id like to talk to someone At suburiu and file a claim.lots of problems!!! Thanks Debra Bernhardt

I spoke with one of your reps explained my problem which my car had gone in three times for the same problem sensor went bad the same one last time they had it is was for almost a month called at least twice a week to find out what was going on never got a call back got it back and guess what blew again and head gasket went told me wasnt worth fixing how does a mechanic change a sensor more than twice and not troubleshoot what was causing the sensor to go I understand the first two times but three is unacceptable your rep called the service advisor and she came up with some *** about cooling system problem and told him they changed water pump first but didnt explain on when they changed the water pump is when they did the timing belt and you always change water pump when doing timing belt its part of the timing belt procedure I think its actually part of the kit as a mechanic had told me so as someone that is on my 4th Subaru I feel I was *** by dealer and now I have to pay for the diagnosis and my car is not worth *** now since my loyalty means nothing I think Im done with Subaru and I will be sure to let everyone I have spoken highly about Subaru the truth also I dont have receipt of proof of purchase but I can tell you where and when I acquired my 4 Subaru should be hard to look up

My breaks were replaced by Subaru and pads, they still squeak every single time I break. Then, a few months ago the transmission pan was leaking and now the wheels are corroding because they dont use any protective coating- which means they leak air constantly. So now I have to buy new wheels. I bought this lemon three years ago! The customer service sent me a $300 coupon for Subaru to say sorry. I do not want it. I dont want this car at all now. Absolutely ridiculous.

To say that my Subaru saved my life in a five time rollover and I walked away.

GreI was involved in a motor vehicle accident . I was doing 75mph snd got clipped by a semi. My 2018 forester rolled five complete times . I walked away with a few bruises and that was it. I just wanted to say thanks for saving my life!!!

Warranty issue

Have a warranty issue neither the dealership nor corporate office care. They tell you one thing and it never happens.

Caught the dealership in several lies. Outback has 21k miles on it and can't be fixed as there are no parts for it anywhere in the U.S. Spoke to corporate office multiple times and they will get back to me (hasn't happened yet) 3 months this vehicle has sat in my driveway while I'M making payments on it. Dealership has a solution for me though, they said they would take it in a trade, nice solution as I'm still paying on the 1st one.

Horrible way to do business and a poorer way to treat a loyal customer of 10 plus years. Good job and customer service Subaru!

Yea subaru predicted a parts shortage in 2022... Every car company is dealing with this right now. Either sit down and wait or trade it in if you're impatient.
