Subaru Of America in Portland, Oregon - 2017 WRX FRONT END NOISES

First time Subaru owner and NOT HAPPY! I have a 2017 Wrx that when going over bumps it clunks like something is not right. Local dealership twice has said that this normal for Subaru. I talked to other owners that have said they are crazy. This will be my last Subaru!

2017 legacy 11 months old had power wouldn’t start keyless dealer wanted car as is so tech could figure what was wrong 2017 legacy cannot be placed in newtral when not regoinizing keyless signal tow truck company dragged my car out of garage ip flat bed when I got to the dealer techs got on top of flat bed thingiing they could start it they couldn’t now they slid my car down the flat bed into parking lot 4 days latter and they said come get it we can’t find anything wrong

Subaru Of America - Poor gas mileage

New short block installed in engine on my 2014 forester. Since then gas mileage has gone down 2-3 miles per gallon in the summer and 6-7 in the winter. One of the main reasons I bought this vehicle was because of the mpgs, but since the new short block was installed 8/15 mpgs have gone down significantly . Can or will subaru make good on their promise towards good gas mileage that was advertised on the original sticker on my brand new car? First complaint was resolved of replacing the short block because of oil consumption now what can be done to fix lower gas mileage. I will never buy another subaru again if this problem is not resolved.

I loved my 2014 legacy and recently got a 2018 Forester . I just had a chance to try it out in snow this week and must say thoroughly disappointed in it.

My legacy was a tank and went everywhere .not the case for this Forester .

It slides and spins worse than any car I’ve owned , wish I could take it back and won’t get another Subaru based on this experience. My wife’s AWD mkx puts this to Shame.

Subaru Of America - Subaru Roadside Assistance is Worthless!

This was the first time I needed to call Subaru Roadside Assistance and I am only grateful I was not stranded on the side of the road or I would have frozen to death. I waited on hold for over an hour and finally gave up and called the service department of Fred Beans Subaru where I had purchased the car. They could not do anything to assist me, saying that I needed to go through Subaru Roadside Assistance. I finally got off the phone and I enrolled in AAA and within an hour, my car was towed and I was on my way. I will never recommend Subaru Roadside Assistance since it could end up being more dangerous to think that help is on the way when all you are really doing is waiting (and possibly freezing to death!) I will also never use Fred Beans for my service since they were just as unhelpful. Subaru should be ashamed to put their name on this service!
