Subaru Of America in Hawthorne, California - 3 new short blocks- 3 new turbos and 6 front right axles

November 2015 had to buy new short block and turbo from Subaru Pacific paid cash and didn't get the correct receipt never thought if you spend close to 6 grand that I would have to worry about getting the correct receipt. June 2017 the "new short block" I bought in November 2015 is now junk have to buy another short block from Subaru. I pay for that and two days later I'm driving white smoke coming out of exhaust and filling cabin of the car. Subaru then tells me " the turbo is bad probably from when the other engine went bad". So it took two days with a brand new motor for the turbo to go bad from the old motor. That sounds worse than Subaru Pacific saying my car has never had service at their dealership, after having an engine,turbo,timing belt and several other parts installed there not to mention three oil changes there as well after they installed engine and turbo. Somehow my name nor car is in their system. Anyone else smelling something fishy here. I contact a Subaru of America customer service representative she just basically calls me a liar and there is no proof I bought engine and everything else from Subaru Pacific because they gave me the wrong receipt. Pay for another engine and turbo to be installed at a different Subaru dealership only for them to have my car for two months to swap motor. The turbo I had to buy a couple days later but not until I was engulfed in white smoke.

U have a commercial with this girl riding the railroad box car and then she is in a blue car as a passenger. I hope u can figure out the commercial im talking about. But i wanted to let u know that is the best relaxing commercial makes u wish u were along with her. She also is perfect for the commercial, so holesome, clean, pretty to look at. Just perfect. Subaru Of America in Walnut Creek, California - Continue to be plagued by Airbag issues with 17 Forrester + 06 Outback

Airbag light came on a few times while driving with passenger in seat, and nobody in the seat. It is an intermittent issue. Reported by worthless Starlink. Made appointment with Diablo Subaru, had car couple days found nothing, basically thought we were lying, kept asking about seat getting wet. Light came on again during trip with teenage son in that seat (yes he is over 110 pounds). Service again, multiple days, they told my wife they did extensive road test, which was a complete lie, because I marked the mileage, no change. The service records also showed same in and out mileage. Terrible customer service. I brought the car by one more time, when air bag error light was on, on a Saturday, they said nobody was onsite that could help. And now my 06 Outback, who just had the airbag recalled a month ago, and serviced to fix at the same dealership, airbag error light is now going on. Overall really disappointed with my Subaru experience.

Subaru Of America - My 2017 SUBURU Forester is not compatible with family dogs- Labrador Retrievers

We cannot carry our Black Labs in our 2017 SUBURU Forester because the interior is not designed for pets and their paws. The fabric is easily marred by their paws- and their is not a thing we can do about it, per our SUBURU Dealer, Quantrell SUBURU in Lexington, KY. We need help. I need to find a way to transport our pets to the Vet, at least, for their annual checkups and vaccinations. I have invested in multiple items to fit into the car. But we are going to sustain damage with scratches and permanent indents in the soft plastic fabric trim. Seriously, we need help. We paid extra to have the fabric treated to protect it. After we bought the vehicle, we were candidly told that our 2017 Forester was not "designed" to practically carry our pets! We have always carried let's, children, grandchildren. This motivated us to purchase a SUBURU! Now, I have less than 3,000 miles on my SUBURU in its 1st year because I am constrained from using it actively as SUBURU portrays in family/ pet-friendly/dig-lovers' advertising. Please help us. Did we purchase the wrong SUBURU? I am willing to trade it in if there is a model that will better fit our lifestyle. I am a retired teacher, an active volunteer teacher/assistant, an active grandmother and home-maker. We have 2 beloved Black Lab mix dog family members who love to go for rides. I want to live life fully as portrayed by SUBURU. Yet, the 2017 Forester was NOT designed to carry pets? Please help us. I want to totally love my SUBURU Forester - but the SUBURU Commercials make me sad. They mislead us. Now, I am disillusioned with SUBURU. Please help us. We bought the 2017 SUBURU Forester because it was a Top-10 Safe Car for Seniors and the 2016 Safest Car of the Year. And - advertising lead us to believe it fit our active family lifestyle with our pets - Retreiver dogs! I have great faith that SUBURU will take our issue seriously and help us work through a resolution so we can transport Rosie and Gypsey in our 2017 SUBURU Forester. Thank you! :-)
