Since the first day I picked up this car I have had nothing but problems! Radio *** off, plays on blast on one speaker, freezes, buzzed when I shift gears, no air conditioning. I wouldn't give this car to my worst enemy!!!

Nothing happened except the joy your commercials bring me. I had my dog Domino who i considered my life & my child for 18 yrs. When i lost him i lost my joy. You show reverse discrimination in your commercial. You first show 9 white children being told no by their parents because they want to do *** things. You then show an african american child telling his mom that he is taking the Subaru and that makes him the smart child.

I too had an issue with Subaru's supposed road-side service! My husband's outback wouldn't start in the parking lot of a Staples store only a quarter mile from the Subaru dealership.

I waited about an hour, and they still didn't show up. I then called AAA and got immediate towing service to the dealership. That's ridiculous! How is it that Subaru couldn't tow our vehicle a quarter mile in a timely fashion to the dealership but AAA could?

I would never pay for road-side assistance from Subaru. No way!

Subaru Of America - 4th request for same info

2014 Subaru Outback 60k mi, dashboard monitor screen was turned off(power button)and cannot be turned back on. Fuses have been checked all ok. Ignition has been turned off but not restored. All power turned off but not restored.

How exactly were they bullying you? If they ask you to repeat yourself, or to speak more clearly, that isn't bullying.

Some people from other cultures find it difficult to understand other cultures, it's just a way of life. Also, some people have hearing issues and need you to speak slowly/clearly/repeat sometimes. Everyone always wants to use the race card, and only certain cultures are supposed to be taught "diversity".

If you really feel like they are bullying you then leave the car maintenance to your husband, problem solved, and you won't have to deal with it anymore. Lesson learned.

Subaru Of America - AWD quits working

For 2.5 months our car intermittently goes into 2WD. When we turn ignition off and back on it goes back to AWD. We have talked to service manager, regional engineer and customer service on numerous occasions . We were told: 1. This could not possibly happen because car is 3 years old. 2. No error message meant this could not be happening. 3. No way trurning off computer could reset it. 4. We did not understand what AWD should be doing 5. Front tires spinning for up to 9 seconds was normal. Etc They finally admitted problem but do not knowvhow to proceed. Very frustrating that they refused to believe us.
