We made an appointment to drive 2 hours to sign the appropriate paper to purchase a car. When we arrived we found out that they needed identification of our son who would be picking up the car. Our son emailed them his U.S. passport. Derek (finance person) asked no less than 5 times if it was a U.S. passport!!! Derek was rude, arrogant & has zero people skills. Travis the salesman was wonderful. He did everything he could to make our experience better. Travis even called a day later to apologize for the dealership's behavior. I WILL never recommended this dealership to anyone. Derek ruined our experience. In hindsight, I should've walked out without purchasing the vehicle.

Purchased an extended Subaru warranty on a certified pre-owned 2010 Subaru that I purchased in December 2013. The "extended" warranty was for 7 years from the date of purchase or 100,000 miles, whichever came first.

Subaru is now applying the "extended" warranty to the prior owner of the car and has slighted me three years and 40,000 on my warranty.

I will NEVER buy another Subaru and I will hit public media with the recommendation that others reconsider purchasing a Subaru and look at another vehicle manufacturer. Honesty is key with me and I am not getting it from Subaru.

I had a recall for my 2010 windshield wiper motor so I took it to Subaru of Glendale where I always go. I have been waiting 2 hours and my car was just parked and no one even started working on it. The person, Harry moronyan, kept telling me that they were working on it. He was lying through his teeth. I am still waiting.
