Subaru Of America in San Francisco, California - 2001 Subaru outback 2nd Head Gasket issue

Original owner of 2001 Outback. Exhaust smell inside car since 35k miles. Numerous "fixes" until at 68k miles I had to get the head gaskets replaced. I found it was a "recall" online, so Subaru dealer (San Rafael, CA) "repaired it." Car now has 125k miles on it and is again leaking at the head gaskets requiring at least a $3k fix. Blue book on this car in "good condition" is $2k. I am reluctant to spend $3k on a head gasket job when I already had one done 60k miles ago. Called Subaru customer service. They offered me a $500 coupon towards purchasing a new car. Thanks Subaru! BMW offers me (and anyone else) $6500 coupon for just knowing how to log on to the internet.

Subaru has the worse job portal. They NEVER send communication back to job applicants!!! And believe me I am more than qualified. It's ridiculous. The operator has no clue and HR always goes to voicemail with no return call. Stop wasting people's time applying for jobs. You don't even send reject letters. You're unprofessional.
