Sorry to break it to you but you'll be hard-pressed to find a dealer for any manufacturer (or even independent shop) that doesn't have its service writers on commission. Even at an independent shop where the owner is "writing service" you can think of him as being on commission since any repairs he "sells" to you will be going towards his "paycheck".

Doesn't necessarily mean they're all dishonest and will sell you unnecessary work; it's just the way capitalism works. "You can shear a sheep many times, but skin him only once" definitely applies heavily to this business model of employee compensation.

Waited forever to get customer service. I called at the beginning of the week for a tew concerns. First the car is rated at getting 31 mph combined I am lucky to get 19 mpg. Still waiting for a return call. I think i bought a lemon. I should have known Tge leather seats had a blue tint and they are beige abd tge car was dusty Salesperson spent less than 10 minutes orienting me to the car Not happy at all At least with honda you get treared as a human.

I buy my Subaru in November 2008 and I have so many problem with it I spend more money fixing than driving.
