Subaru Of America in Tampa, Florida - Continual failure of tire air pressure sencsors

Bought a new 2005 Outback LLBean and have had many problems over the years but the most annoying is the continual failure of tire air pressure sensors. As of this date I have replaces five (5) sensors which have cost equivalent to the purchase of a new set of tires. Again another failure of one of these sensors, I've asked the dealer if it was possible to disable this system, they say no, I asked if all the sensors were replaced with standard valve stems would the indicator light not work, they say the light would still work indicating a problem. I would like an answer from Subaru of America in regards to this problem, please.

This is a constant problem with my 2008 legacy. I have owned Subaru for over 40 years and because of the problems with this Subaru I will never buy another. Repair bills have cost me thousands and thousands of dollars.

Subaru Of America - Car Review from Madison Heights, Michigan

Can we just start with how unaware the personnel at the dealerships are. No credible answers to questions, no interest in even approaching customers. Our specific experience was with a Mr. Jerry Gennaro at the Northern Blvd, Bayside NY Subaru dealership. Never mind Mr. Gennaro; no one else cared to get up from their seats and walk over to welcome us. Too bad because we had our minds set on a purchase. On our way to Long Island now to start a new search; definitely not Subaru.

Subaru Of America in Montpelier, Vermont - Lack of service under warranty

Details
Bubbles of water in headlight. They have tech bulletin #07-59-07R saying water vapor can happen. I have to drive 28.4 miles one way to have a dealer look at water drops on the inside. Then I have to have it approved. Then I have to drive back to have it fixed. A local mechanic who does their accident repair work is not good enough to determine if it needs fixing. It will not be covered by warranty if I do not jump through their hoops. I bought a 2014 Subaru and my husband bought a 2014 Toyota. My service does not come anywhere near to what he gets fast and efficiently. I will know better next time.

To all customers of SUBARU/owners of Subaru's since the huge money making company won't stand by their workmanship and it seems they do not then IT'S time for all owners to contact the ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE and make clear your complaints also channel 5 news but all need to follow through if you do nothing you will get nothing done

I Purchased a Used 2005 Legacy GT subject to Subaru's own Rusty Brakeline Recall- WKQ 47. Brought the car to QUIRK SUBARU in BANGOR Maine. This car had already had RECALL WKQ 43 done to it which involved "SPRAYING SOME WAX" on the rusting Brakelines... They blew a year later... QUIRK SUBARU performs a bogus "FREE 100 POINT SAFETY INSPECTION" that they use to Generate Revenue for themselves by identifying work your car doesn't need and that I never asked for, Then tells me they can't perform the recall work unless I pay for $3500 worth of unrelated repairs. I Contact Subaru of America and a "Senior Management Team" Yes Woman named BARBARA SAVIN refuses to do anything for me. SUBARU OF AMERICA is NOT AN HONORABLE COMPANY AND LOOKS TO TAKE THE CHEAPO WAY OUT FIRST, then REFUSES TO DO THEIR OWN RECALL CAMPAIGN! Fairly good cars... VERY BAD SHEISTER COMPANY!!! GET A TOYOTA INSTEAD FROM A COMPANY THAT WILL STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.

I traded in my 2010 forester at Roy Robinsons Marysville , wash. It had a good ride . 2015 is very rough riding, is this normal or should I have some concerns Dealer said it would take 6000 mis for it to break in. . Is this true or are they just pulling my leg. I took it in to see if they could do something about it but it didn't seem to help. It actually chatters your teeth on rough roads. It hurts my wifes back sitting in the passengers seat. What happens at the end of 6000 mis . Do I just have to live with it , or would you try to resolve the problem? Joe Legaz

Transmission Review

Dealership says the transmission went out at 83,000 miles. Didn't even make it to the transmission fluid change miles of 100,000!!

Second Subaru outback 2006 with 125thousand mile a pain in the neck it has cost me 2thousand dollar to make her work still have problems. Will never have other I find subaru not reliable.

2 months after buying a new 2015 Outback, we had an incident that resulted in a broken rear back glass window. The dealer and several windshield repair companies all have no replacement glass available. They had to order a new back glass from the factory. I was initially told it would be a few days to get the glass in. A week later I followed up and was told it be another few days, they're still fabricating it. A week after that, still no glass and was told it was shipping the next day. 3 days later, still hasn't shipped. 4 days later, now all of a sudden it's in another state. I keep hearing excuse after excuse. I really think they just lie and tell you what you want to hear just to hold you off awhile longer. Meanwhile I've had to rent various cars for the past 3 weeks ($500 so far on top of the $700 for the replacement glass) and I'm still being fed a line of *** on when it'll arrive. I'm sick of this ***. This was my very first Subaru and probably my last.
