Have have the problem of the sun roof making growling noise and not always closing. Have had the car to two dealers (four times) and no one can fix it. Do you have a dealer that knows how to fix sunroofs.

I can't stream music, use Google maps, it disconnects constantly and I've taken it to Irvine Subaru many tims for the same issue. So now in order to get directions on Google maps I have to disconnect from my phone from the hands free devise and hold my phone whith is illegal and a safety hazard and if i get a ticket or worse Subaru will be hearing from my lawyer, or lemon law the vehicle. I like the vehicle but it must work correctly or I'm taking action! Anthony Friese

I have all of the same problems in my 2015 Forrester. No access to phone with roof open.

Random dropped calls. Bluetooth won't accept phone GPS. Can't download phonebook. No help at Diablo Subaru.

They say the system is 10 years old.

They have told me to contact Subaru at 1800 subaru 3.

Subaru Of America in Palo Alto, California - Known Dangerous Problem with Subaru

Last week my 2011 Subaru Outback quit on the freeway. The engine stalled. I was sitting on the 101 South, trying to restart the car, before I got rear-ended. Reading consumer complaints has shown me that many, many Subaru owners have had problems with their cars stalling and quitting at a hard, fast brake. The torque converter is the culprit and is a known problem that Subaru has failed to address. I am having the torque converter in my Outback replaced now at a cost to me of $2017. There are so many complaints about Subarus stalling due to failed torque converters, there should be a recall. It is a very dangerous problem. I contacted Subaru headquarters and they have taken no responsibility for the issue.

Subaru Of America in San Francisco, California - Engine Failure on '14 Subaru WRX @ 14k miles - bought new, serviced regularly...

To preface, I bought my WRX brand-new, less than 12 months back (Nov '13) with only 7 miles. Since purchasing, I properly broke in the engine, have had it regularly serviced, & have not driven it unreasonably. Over one month ago, I was driving on the freeway (cruise controlled in the fast lane @ 75 mph) and the engine completely ceased on me. After taking it in to the closer dealership, I found that the req'd engines are back order for a month. I've still yet to get my car back after numerous broken promises - anyone having similar issues?

Make them pay for rental. Check your state's lemon law. Out of service on a low mileage vehicle for over 30 days is valid in some states for buyback less 10 cents a mile.

I purchased my Outback NEW in January of 2005. Within 7,000 miles, I noticed the rear tires wearing much more on the outside than the rest of the tires. At 15,000 miles, and after a couple of tire rotations, it was very obvious the rear was definitely out of alignment....
