Subaru Of America - Filling out survey

I dutifully filled out a survey about my recent Subaru purchase. At the end there was a list of professions/jobs to choose from but mine was not listed. That might strike you as irrelevant but there are millions of social workers in this country working in hospitals, schools, social service agencies, hospices, homeless programs, domestic violence programs and so on. Please add that profession. We do exist and there are many of us. Thanks. And I do love my car.

I am very disappointed in the quality. There are splits in several areas of the seat. Gorilla tape is holding it together. My 21 year old Buick looks better than my cross trek.

Subaru Of America - Commercial Critique

The TV ad depicting the dogs going to the park that posts no pets. It's very irresponsible to show the leaving of the pet cat in the vehicle with the windows partially rolled down. Too many pets die each year as well as children left in vehicles. Your marketing department failed on this one.

Dear Sir and/or Madam: During the past few weeks (August 2019) I have attempted to make contact with Subaru Customer Relations Hotline via telephone {(800) 782-2783} and every time the pre-recorded message indicates that the office is currently closed. Thus, I am...

Yep, our extended family owns 6 Subarus ( there will not be 7). 2010 hit 85K last spring - head gasket fails, 2010#2 hits 85K this fall - head gasket fails.

2011 will hit 85K in a few months - just can't wait! The sick joke is that Subaru customer service claims there is NO HEAD GASKET PROBLEM. What kind of cool aid are they drinking?????

I did get $1000 toward the repair in both cases but still out over $1000 for each repair. Bad enough that the head gaskets are failing but unacceptable that Subaru STILL denies there is a design issue

I own 2008 outback, purchased from Livermore Calif Dealer, new. Has 68000 miles on it and I would like to trade in for 2019 or 2020. But you see Ican no ride in the front seats, very painful over 45 minutes. I've called customer service at least 3 times in the last...

I purchased a Subaru Legacy with the intent of having it paid off before our son went to college knowing I would have what I thought to be a reliable car that would last for several more years after the last payment was made. After a little over 1 year of owning the...

Subaru Of America in Rochester, New York - Whining Dog Commercials are irritating

I am a dog person, but the most irritating thing a dog does is whine and bark for no reason. Your commercials are supremely irritating, and every time I hear your whining dogs in my living room I am less likely to ever buy a Subaru again!

Company had litigations regarding their transmission issues in Subaru cars. Instead of issuing recalls, where you know they CARE about all their customers instead of waiting for a customer to have their car STALL when driving and stop on a highway or a busy road, all...
