At the Natick dealership for a simple oil change with an appt. this is now a one and a half hour ordeal.

The heck with the warranty I’m going to go back to using mobile. This is the third time I’ve sat in here waiting a rediculoulsy long time for basic service.

And they probably used the wrong oil filter like Tindol Subaru in Gastonia,NC did on my wife’s Subaru. Then they overfill coolant so they can overcharge you on the bill.

Then ( without asking permission) they wash the engine bay down with water. We then paid almost seven hundred dollars for the 60,000 mile service. A lot of money to change out a few fluids.

We sold Subaru. Never buy Japanese car again.
