For the second time my screen went black The first time it happened was a couple of months after I purchased the 2018 outback. They replaced it from another new vehicle.

Well it happened again yesterday. This time they said there were 13 people in front of me and that they have no idea when the part will come in. They said they are getting no information from Subaru. They also said it could be up to 6 weeks!

This is very disappointing. I have no radio, hands free phone, back up camera.

I have alway driven toyota's and just switched over to Subaru.

Well the way they are handling this is making me want to get rid of the vehicle and go back to a toyota. This would never happen with a toyota.

Im supersede Subaru is not trying to fix this problem ASAP and atlas give the service departments an update on the progress of fixing the problem.
