I have a Subaru Forester 2017 financed with Chase Auto Finance. This my second Subaru and I have always paid with auto payments from my checking account. I closed this account and called Chase Auto and gave them my new account number and made a payment with it and told them of the change.

I then left for Europe for two months. I received a phone call from a collection agency while in Europe, telling me that my payments were in arrears and that my car was being scheduled for re-possession. I called Chase Auto next morning and made the payments due. The lady I spoke with there knew my checking account number

Since then my credit score went from 820 to 641. After numerous calls to Chase Auto they have refused to correct my credit. I opened a new account at Chase bank as it is near where I now live but can't get a credit card! I put $300,000 in the savings account there.
