More than a week has passed since the vehicle was brought in for repairs and no updates of any kind have been provided. Attempts at reaching and talking to the service rep continue to be unsuccessful as the person has either gone home or on their day off. On top of that the drivetrain warranty is being denied when the vehicle has 36235 miles and the defective part is a fundamental component of said system.

Subaru Of America in Orlando, Florida - SUBARU WON'T FIX A KNOWN DESIGN FLAW!!

My key gets stuck, while in Park, in the ACC position, so I can not turn my car off. I am have to stay there hours changing rapidly back and forth through all the gears until eventual one slam into Park will allow me to turn the key off. It is a known issue affecting five models over five years. You've even issued a safety bulletin, yet won't fix it unless I pay $600 for it! I did nothing wrong!!! Its your design flaw! I bought a Subaru thinking they'd the the most reliable- NO! My VW and Honda where sooo much better and I will never buy a Subaru again nor recommend them to anyone.

Called Subaru of America to file a complaint against a dealership in the handling of the way the dealership handled the purchase of a used vehicle by my daughter and son-in-law. Obviously it is fine to call my daughter names by a salesman and not live up to the contract because it wasn't a Subaru. Shame on you for allowing this to go on This is still one of your dealers.

Try calling them when they are not closed. That test ]drive incentive costs nothing for the dealer, so they should be happy to help you.

The bearings had to be re-replaced 5000 miles after being replaced the first time. Everything seems to be working well now. I'm just waiting for a check for the cost of the re-replacement, which I expect in a couple of days. I received the travel luggage last nite--thanks All seems to be going well
