Try calling them when they are not closed. That test ]drive incentive costs nothing for the dealer, so they should be happy to help you.

On April 4 I purchased a brand new Sti. The swirls began to appear around april 10. I brought the car back to Schumacher Subaru in Delray Beach 8 times. I have been working with David in customer service with a case number 1-32161581433. I have done everything Subaru customer service has told me and brought it to a different dealership without a resolution. I now own the car for 100+ days with damaged paint. Subaru Of America in Gainesville, Florida - Mega-Lemon Subaru Forrester. Replaced two clutches, one entire manual tansmission, one entire engine, power steering unit, Other isssues Dealer couldn't fix at all. Worst car I've ever owned. By far!!

We bought a standard transmission 2009 Subaru Forrester in 2009. Over the years we have put over ten thousand dollars in repairs on it. Probably closer to fifteen thousand. For the past four years It bounced all over the road almost every time you took off. Very embarrassing in traffic. Looked like poor driving but it wasn't. We had to have the entire engine replaced after the top end basically self destructed. The cams were almost melted and obviously terribly distorted. After that, we had to have the entire manual transmission replaced. The total of these repairs was over $7000,00. Then we had to replace the clutch and flywheel twice at $1300.00 each time. We replaced the power steering unit at about 110,000 miles. I could go on like this all day and I still wouldn't have mentioned every issue this lemon had. Fortunately for Subaru it didn't qualify as a lemon because it lasted just long enough to exempt it from that law even though it clearly is a lemon. I could have nearly paid for another Forrester with the money we spent just to keep it on the road. Your company will never receive any praise from me. I've had bad cars before, but nothing that I've ever owned has caused me and my wife so much misery. We spent $1300.00 on it again last week and finally traded it in the next day. I could have saved $700 of that but I felt so bad for the poor suckers that end up buying that junk pile deserve every break they can get. I also know that a driveshaft is about to go and also the air conditioner compressor is on it's last legs. I got $2500.00 on trade in. I hope the Subaru corp. is thoroughly ashamed of manufacturing and selling a vehicle such as this. I know that any company can make a lemon, but this one is in a class by itself. I bought the car in the first place because it had such a great reputation. I'll certainly do what little bit I'm capable of to bring that reputation to a level that it deserves. I hope you'll share this with all your potential buyers before they make the same terrible mistake that we made. I really don't feel better after writing this, but I thought it may help someone somehow not to make the horrible error that we made. Thank you for your time. Good luck on your quality control problem. I would provide receipts for all these repairs, but they are now in the hands of Gatorland Toyota. We traded them in with the car. I'm sure they could fax them to you if you don't run out of paper or toner.

I have a 2013 Impreza that has been a royal pain. Oil usage and a host of other problems.

If you are under manufacture warranty call 1-800-lemonLaw to find out about your legal rights.

I am working with them now for my car. Don't trade it till you speak with them.

I Have a 2014 WRX it already had an engine and transmission problems this car is a piece of junk Subaru service it's worse than the car itself they don't stand behind their product. bought the car with 0 miles engine blew up at 8000 miles transmission blew at 10K they rebuilt it two days later the transmission pops out of gear. This car is going back again an was already in shops for over 2 months. It's a lemon with a horrible warranty department. My kids an I don't feel sfr in it. anyone do not buy a Subaru at all
