I got a call from the local Subaru dealership. Subaru or America looked at my case and determined that the warranty did not cover the problem, but they did offer me $1000 towards repair costs for taking so long to give me an answer. They also offered warranty labor....

Experience at Stivers Subaru: The service representative was Rude and Mumbled under her breath that I didn't make an appointment. I told her I am willing to leave the car and come back at a later date. It felt like everything was so negative. Constantly reiterating...

I purchased a used 2015 Subaru Legacy in November of 2017. At least 6 times maybe more the car will not start and requires Roadside Assistance. I will take it in to Subaru service tomorrow and will likely need another jumpstart. I am currently waiting over 3 hours for...

I have a 2013 Out back. Bought it new 12/31/12.

Problems started small enough 10/2014 with defective lumbar support. Problems proved to get worse as years went by. They also got worse to today. Other things that went wrong is not limited to but include short block , both rear wheel bearings (at different times) but close together.

All the way up to now. Starter went out.

Outback has only about 86000 miles on it. Not sure I would purchase another Subaru.

Vehicle started using oil at 50000 miles??? The rear tires only last 30000 miles, the alignment is fine! Owned a 92 Legacy, best vehicle I’ve ever owned, main reason I bought my Forester. May be my last Subaru

I agreed with you . Had a Rock solid 2014 legacy .

The AWD was flawless . Traded in on new 2018 Forester . The AWD is worse than a standard front wheel drive vehicle. I feel very unsafe in this car .

I think raising the ground clearance of this car significantly impacted it s AWD performance , I am embarrassed to be passed by non AWD cars in mild Inclement weather. Not what Subaru boasts .

I have on multiple occasions had the same complaint to Chatham Parkway Subaru in Savannah, GA. When you take the car in for a simple oil change they do their "full inspection". They then come and tell you that the car is ready, but oh by the way we found this or that...

Subaru Of America - Rivertown Suburu, Columbus, Georgia

Poor maintenance support. No return phone calls from service advisor or maintenance supervisor on a recall issue. When I call Rivertown Suburu in Columbus, Georgia, I get lost in a maize of voice mail's and pushing buttons. Never talked to a human. I will never contact them again unless I have no other choice. I purchased my Forester from them when they were Jay Automotive in July of 2013. They are not the same since the ownership change. Much personnel turnover. I tried Jackson Automotive in Macon, Georgia. Talked to their maintenance supervisor on the first call. An operator picked up the phone on the first ring. They gave me a loaner while they addressed the recall issue. Friendly and supportive. The downside is that it is a further drive by 20 minutes.

I have dealt with Kelly .S of Subaru of America that definitely sounds like my experience with her. Dodging calls and evasive emails.
