Subaru Of America - Horrible
My car's engine just stopped while driving, so I decided to call roadside assistance. The car was brand new Crosstrek and the next day I was notified that there was a recall.
Anyway, when talking to Subaru operator, I specifically said that the car has to be in a shop by 0530pm to receive a rental car. I called at 0300 pm and was promised that tow truck will arrive in 70-90 minutes. At 0430 I called the company to see how far they are. I was told to expect the car in 40 minutes.
Tow truck arrived at 0600 pm in-spite of multiple calls. No rental car and no shuttle to get back home.
Only Uber that I had to pay for myself. The worst service ever.Horrible
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $10.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
