this service is horrible... i lost an entire better part of a workday and into the early evening waiting for a tow to the dealer. Once the request was cancelled and subsequent reschedules doubled the wait time and then the truck didn't show. I had to cancel after 5 hrs of wait, only to try again tomorrow in daylight, They give this away with the car... stick with AAA

You might try contacting SOA about the issue, but as an employee I can bet you will get denied any real help. Your best bet is to file a lawsuit against SOA for warranty contract violation.

When driving on high way i noticed some hesitation,took it to the dealer they were able to verify the problem but they don'r T know how to fix it and after 4 weeks the dealer is still waiting from subaru technical support .this is a legacy 2015 with 5000 miles,and i am without a car for almost 4 weeks.any sugestions?.

Waited forever to get customer service. I called at the beginning of the week for a tew concerns. First the car is rated at getting 31 mph combined I am lucky to get 19 mpg. Still waiting for a return call. I think i bought a lemon. I should have known Tge leather seats had a blue tint and they are beige abd tge car was dusty Salesperson spent less than 10 minutes orienting me to the car Not happy at all At least with honda you get treared as a human.

Subaru Of America in Quincy, Massachusetts - Subaru Ad

I am appalled that your latest commercial depicts Subaru as New England's unofficial car. We, the people of New England pride ourselves with our rich early American history! For a Japanese Car Manufacturer (Subaru) to claim themselves as the "unofficial car of New England", is insulting! Where do you get the numbers for this statement, I don't see that many on the roads here. Please remove the commercial! We need to manufacture, assemble, and buy American made products and employ our of work families. Read the Subaru reviews and not impressed. I don't know anyone here in New England who has one.

After some discussions and providing detailed maintenance records Subaru covered the entire cost which included the original failure but an aditional portion of the drive train that was found to be failing. I was looking at a $2500 repair bill.

The dealer ( Cityside Subaru) was extremely cooperative.

As note above customer service people finally came around. Alls well that ends well.

2007 legacy wagon purchased two weeks ago from original owner. While driving a loud clunk followed by clicking sound. was heard. Dealer found the center differetial casing split. Stated that he had never seen this type of failure before. The car had 69,000 miles on it putting out of warranty Contacted Subaru customer service if they would offer some relief. Some transmission work perfomed in the past and Subaru is saying since it wa not perfomed by them they could not offer any relief. Customer sevice did not seem to care about customer loyalty given that the vehicle was only 9000 miles out of warranty.
