Your phone number is awful. Always busy, no call backs, hang ups, very disappointed with Subaru, for 12 years I have bought over 6 new Subaru's and now I plan to go elsewhere.

My latest has had problems, 5 moths old, and your customer service department does not take the time to contact me. 814 563-9491, 814 730-0909 . Nancy Reynolds. Detail quality of new car, gas flap would not open, next electronical dash went black, time out 1 month for parts, at that time I came on a MVA accident and was parked waiting at the top of a blind incline with no 4 way flashers, the officer was not real impressed either, but gave me a warning that no 4 way flashers is a code violation and need be fixed.

Not what I spent my money on, a car with more problems and no parts to repair.

It is now repaired but a 1 month out wait is unacceptable. Chevy Equinox is looking better all the time.
