I I HAD A REMOTE START INSTALLED ON MY 2017 CROSSTREK AT A COST OF $540. THIS IS A VERY INFERIOR PRODUCT AND SO DISAPPOINTED THAT SUBARU WOULD EVEN SELL SUCH A POOR QUALITY ITEM. I HAVE FOUND THAT IT ONLY WORKS WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT 25' FROM THE VEHICLE AND SOMETIMES IT...

Original review posted by user Apr 09, 2018

I was driving at Texas highway speeds (85mph) when I heard a snap. My passenger told me that the windshield on her side had just cracked. There was no car in front of me and I did not notice any impacts prior to the windshield cracking. I stopped at a gas...

Same problem for my 2018 Forester. The windshield crack “spontaneously" appears at the base of the windshield near EyeSight and there is no any impact mark on the windshield

Subaru Of America in Portland, Oregon - 2017 WRX FRONT END NOISES

First time Subaru owner and NOT HAPPY! I have a 2017 Wrx that when going over bumps it clunks like something is not right. Local dealership twice has said that this normal for Subaru. I talked to other owners that have said they are crazy. This will be my last Subaru!

I was taken care of right away when I arrived. Did not take a lot of time to get me financed and on my way. I would highly recommend this place and I will buy again if I ever need another vehicle. Great Service, Helpful People, that went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy! They even put gas in my car, had it cleaned and replaced the seats that I wanted at no cost to me. Thank you Subaru for all your great work!

Bought a car for my daughter on August 10th 2014. Traded in my 2011 outback with a little over 21000 miles..I had added a bunch of aftermarket options..clearguard, hood protector splash guards all weather mats, tinted windows, rear bumper protector and two sets of mounted tires-snow and all season. they said is was worth 15k..paid off my loan from pen fed for 19900 and added 7000 to the loan when all was said and done the loan was over 30K..then they turned around and sold it for over 22k saying KBB was over 24K... I should have sold the outback myself...they owe me 7000 dollars! Don't deal with them they are not as 'nice' as they say they are... If you are thinking about trading in your car..look up the value and sell it yourself.

Like any other part of the process, its about negotiation. They don't expect you to pay MSRP for the vehicle you purchase.

Don't expect a dealer to give you retail for your vehicle. Most UVI (used vehicle inspections)cost anywhere from $600-1000. Then you have to pay to advertise etc. I assure you the cost to put a vehicle to market is fair.

After all they are a business out to make a profit.

But once again, nothing to do with Subaru. There is enough information at your finger tips with the world wide web, that everyone should know what their vehicle is worth.

How does this have to do with anything related to Subaru. This is what all dealers do. This has nothing to do with Subaru itself, its the dealer.
