Spoke to Subaru and they are willing to take it up and evaluate the case. I am happy to close.

I have an issue with my Subaru Outback 2017 reverse sensor. The sensor is in such a very wrong place that even a low impact touch will spoil the sensor.

Now, when I took it to the Brandon Subaru in McKinney TX, they are not obliging to replace / repair the sensor and asking me to pay for it. This is in my opinion is very unfair to a new customer and first experience with them is very unsatisfactory. Need help from respective officer / team to help me fix it.

I am planning to take it for its 2nd service next week(Week of 4th September). Appreciate if this can be taken up on priority
