The rear spring on my 2014 forester broke off and because this is such a highly common thing with this vehicle, i cant buy the needed part to fix this car. So now im stuck paying on a non drivable vehicle. Subaru has not responded to me as to how i can fix this. Would not recommend subaru although they claim one would last a long time.

Subaru Of America - East Hills Subaru Roslyn New York sold us a new 2019 Legacy Limited/KAF which was exposed in salt water pool/flood with corrosion damage in its undercarriage.

Subaru Of America - East Hills Subaru Roslyn New York sold us a new 2019 Legacy Limited/KAF which was exposed in salt water pool/flood with corrosion damage in its undercarriage.
The pre-mentioned salt water damage in the car's under carriage was discovered 6 months later during its first oil change when it was lifted above the ground. Our appeals to the dealer East Hills Subaru and to the SOA Headqrtrs to take corrective action is met with the attitude that they have no responsibility that is, they penalize the buyer who did not inspect the under-carriage before accepting delivery. The customer is now pursuing case legally.

Clean the salt from the under-carriage, replace the corroded parts of exhaust, address the rusty spots on the frames of chassis and provide free 10 years extended warranty with rust protection due to unknown degree of engine's exposure in the s.w. flood.e

My son, his financee and her 18 month old were in her Suburu Forrester. A semi crossed center line hit car in front of my son then hit my son on the drivers side. The vehicle rolled 3 or 4 times. When we got to the accident scene I didn't think I would ever see them again. Both he and his fiancée airlifted to UNMC in Omaha. 18 month old had one scratch on his chin. My son has a fractured c2 vertebrae, broken left arm and 14 staples in his head. She has bumps and bruises but nothing broken. Both released from hospital next night. Nothing short of a miracle. This is dashcam footage of the crash. Thank you so much for my sons life!!!!

I feel that the decision to replace the compressor was made without an inspection being done when I returned the car after it continued to blow in hot air. The first bill was for 130.00, then they took my car for about ten minutes and decided it was the compressor. Thank you for your help in advance
