Resolved: Subaru Of America in North Hills, California - Problems with multiple blinking lights on my screen displays

Subaru of America agreed to buy back this car. Too many issues with it.
My experience with this car & company was not great that I've decided not to get another Subaru even though they offered to give me another one. The issue with customer service took too long. All in all, this was not a great experience.
Just happy to finally resolve the issue. Back to Chevy I go.

My Ascent has been at the Sherman Oaks Subaru since Wednesday afternoon. Last update yesterday before 3pm was that they had no idea what the problem is with it.

Refer to updated text. SOA came through in the end and replaced the transmission and picked up the tab.

I continued to plead my case to Subaru of America and they acquiesced and covered the cost of a rebuilt transmission ($9140.84)! Yahoo! It has a 3 year warranty, so...

I got a call from the local Subaru dealership. Subaru or America looked at my case and determined that the warranty did not cover the problem, but they did offer me $1000 towards repair costs for taking so long to give me an answer. They also offered warranty labor....

Made complaints to Subaru head office by phone, email, a supervisor apologized and sent me $50 gift card.

After writing this review the service manager apologized profusely, and was a complete professional. Tom made it right and treated us fairly. We simply wanted communication and he more than made up for it and we have our vehicle back in solid running condition.
