this service is horrible... i lost an entire better part of a workday and into the early evening waiting for a tow to the dealer. Once the request was cancelled and subsequent reschedules doubled the wait time and then the truck didn't show. I had to cancel after 5 hrs of wait, only to try again tomorrow in daylight, They give this away with the car... stick with AAA

Subaru Of America - Reimbursement for parking break warranty

Letter received to fill out on line form and to go to web site. I go to websitr and it seems does not exists. I call explain I get told that this has been heard before. I get switched to someone else and receive a call back. I get asked to send info to customerservice@ subaru.com. I have done that and email has gotten oocked back. I am oy trying to receive mo ey back that subaru told me I am owed. Please help!

I left a note in the Service Dept to have Jacob or the General Manager call me. For reference: @6,000 Miles we came in for maintenance and the said they had to do a MAJOR repair (only 1 in 10,000 cars have this happen like this problem). After a week we got the car...

Subaru Of America - What will it take to do the right thing

my 2014 outback has had TWO motor replacements form june2019 to sept2019. Oil consumption fail. Now they tell me its normal to go through one quart of oil every 1200mi. So.... you mean to tell me i have to add one quart of oil every 1200 miles? general manager said yes. ive owned the vehicle almost 6months and it has been in the shop close to 3 and ive had to do several oil consumption tests due to them losing my paperwork. i called corporate been through two service workers before i asked for their boss. that person offered me 4000 loyalty credit towards a new car. thats funny what about the 10500 i owe still and the 6000 cash i put down?

Subaru Of America - Environmental Racism

Details
Subaru, who claims they are environmental friendly has decided to put a dealership in a predominately African-American Community and destroy natural wetlands. These wetlands are the feeder to the Wekiva River as well as smaller lakes in the community. This Community is a protected class and putting a dealership is a detrimental intrusion to this community. Don't buy from a company that doesn't put the people first!

I wrote subaru a letter about this issue. They claimed to have no knowledge of the dealership so I forwarded them the transcript of the Orlando city meeting where the zoning was approved.

According to people who were at this meeting, Subaru reps were condescending and rude.

So much for an environmentally protective company! I told them they were a perfect example of corporate hypocrisy and shame on Subaru!

I have called everyday since my truck was at the dealer which was last Wednesday. Everyday I call and they tell me that someone will call me back. I'm still waiting for someone to contact me even if it's just by email. I would just like to know what Subaru is doing in regards to my 6 month old Ascent that has multiple blinking error lights on screen. This doesn't seem like good customer service. The dealer told me that the part they need is on back order and they don't even know when it will be in.
