No email. No call
They still have not called or emailed
I believe they just ignore and delete the emails as they do not respond. My car is on the 5th transmission and theres only 70,000 miles on it.
And that only scratching the surface of the amount of issues Ive had.
I called and spoke with Juan for nearly an hour the other day.
He agreed many times and recorded phone call that I was experiencing an absurd amount of issues.
He marked my case as urgent and said somebody should contact me within 24 hours. Its been 10 days and Ive received is the automated email asking how my service was.

Shame on you Subaru of America, Inc. !
Buyer Beware!! My daughter purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester a couple years ago. Just paid it off and it now has 115K miles. Beautiful looking car.
She was driving down the road last week and all the warning lights lit up on the dash. She took it in to the local dealer and she was told she needed her CVT transmission replaced. Appx 12K repair cost on a vehicle with a trade in value of 7-10K without transmission problems. A mother of two small children, just paid this car off and now its worth nothing?
A 2015 Subaru with 115K miles? Built to Last, my *** The worst part is that Subaru knows about this and it is not an isolated incident. Apparently, the Christmas tree of lights on the dash indicating a failure of the CVT Transmission is a common problem. They extended the warranty on this to 10 years/100K miles.
Which sadly my daughter just barely missed, based on the mileage only. You have falsely built a reputation of reliability.
We will be telling anyone that will listen about this terrible situation. Shame on You Subaru!

Worse company to buy from!!
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM SUBARU! TAKE YOUR MONEY TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT IS WILLING TO HELP YOU OUT IF YOU ARE HAVING CAR ISSUES.
TOOK MY CAR IN ON MARCH 29, 2023 TO DCH SUBARU OF RIVERSIDE! THE REASON I TOOK MY CAR IN WAS BECAUSE IT GAVE OUT ON ME ON THE FREEWAY.I WAS GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME AN ANSWER TO WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR THEY SAID I WASNT DOING THE MAINTENANCE SO I SENT THEM MY INVOICES OF MY OIL CHANGES AND THEY STILL WHERE GIVING ME A HARD TIME. HAVE EXTENDED WARRANTY AND THEY DIDNT TAKE IT INTO TO CONSIDERATION. AFTER TEO MONTHS OF DEALING WITH THEM I REACHED OUT TO CORPORATE JUST SO I CAN GET THE SAME IF NOT WORSE SERVICE.
ITS 5 MONTHS THS LATER (AUGUST 28,2023) AND THEY STILL CAN'T EVEN TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY CAR. I KEEP CALLING TO TALK TO THE SPECIALIST WHO IS TAKING MY CASE BUT EVERY TIME I CALL THEY SAY SHE IS BUSY AND SHE WILL CALL ME IN TWO BUSINESS DAYS AND SHE NEVER CALLS. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR AND SAMETHING. THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORSE IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM THEM, MAKE SURE YOU HIRE AN ATTORNEY BEFOREHAND BECAUSE YOU WILL DEFINITELY NEED THEM TO HELP YOU GET YOUR CAR THAT YOU ARE STILL PAYING FOR WHILE YOURE NOT USING IT.
THEY DONT CARE ABOUT US THEY CAR ABOUT THERE SALES AND THEY MAKE CARS TO BREAKDOWN AND THEN BLAME IT ON YOU. I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY ONE GOING THROUGH THIS SO I HOPE PEOPLE CAN READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING A SUBARU.
5 MOTNHS WITHOUT A CAR AND THEY HAVENT EVEN TOUCHED MY CAR. CANT BELIVE THEY WILL LET SOMEONE WITHOUT A CAR FOR THAT LONG

Poor vehicle service
To whom this may concern; for the last year I put up with the mistake and maybe they the dealership or salesman had a bad day. Today will be the last day I would recommend anyone to purchase a Subaru.
First it was my radio and took about eight months to get it replace, then the drivers, window would only work when it wanted and they order the part which it took other four months to get replace only because I brought the vehicle for services come to find out it was never order, which took other week which they provided a loner which this should of never happen. The vehicle had a state inspection which I was charge come to find out when I went to register my vehicle it was never inspected. I call the dealership and they said, the maintained department that they did not conducted an inspection and was never should of being charge. I also ask about the weather stripping that was damage and removed during the service and the dealership took pictures and were going to order it, and once it arrived they would call me.
Come to find out that never happen nothing was order, very dissatisfied with the Subaru of El Paso. Will never again buy a SUBARU.

Verified Reviewer | Fresno, CaliforniaFresno Subaru rip off
I applied online for a 2023 outback wilderness at lithia Subaru in Fresno, I submitted all the paperwork and Josh and Jason at Fresno lithia told me that Subaru did not qualify me to get the loan and they want me to go with the 16.9% lender that they got because no one else would finance me and I had to put $9200, so the next day when I called him, the car had sold already- (which ended up being a good thing) but there is another dealership in Bakersfield, California so I applied there and surprise, surprise I was immediately financed directly with Subaru- who I was told by Lithia, would not finance me, financed me with a FAR lower interest rate of 6.9% which in turn made the monthly payment go from 805$ to 675$ (with upgraded warranty package, oil changes & gap-things I couldnt afford at lithia) . I was later told that they just wanted to profit off me with the highest interest rate.I am sure I am not the first or the last person who this has happened to.
I would love for you guys check their business model because they lost a customer by being greedy. I would definitely never recommend this particular dealership to anyone and will always share my honest experience with anyone looking for a Subaru. I will now drive an hour and half to do any business with the Sagera dealership in Bakersfield. It seems Josh and Jason were more worried about the dollar than the customer.
I feel like they were intentionally trying to take advantage of the situation. It is extremely unprofessional and hopefully Subaru will agree that it was very unethical on their part.
Preferred solution: Please check on this dealership and the lack of ethics.

It’s the general attitude or lack of empathy that give them away. Telling people who drive an automatic to instead buy a manual transmission is also not helpful. The common CVT replacement is a ten thousand dollar repair and consumers have a right to be pissed about it. A quick search of a domestically produced 9 speed automatic transmission will reveal they typically only cost about $600 with about $400s worth of work assuming the rate is $40 an hour.
This is only a few dollars shy of Subaru’s average CV axel joint replacement which occurs about ever 12000 miles. To test if the CV joint is bad turn your steering wheel all the way to the right and then tge left while driving in circles in an abandoned parking lot.
If you hear a clicking noise on either side it means the CV joint is bad and needs to be replaced. Understanding this simple fact associated with common repair costs provides enough evidence to say that Subaru is a ripoff.
Well glen this is the internet. How do we know your daughter drives like *** We can't but i do see a lot of subaru vehicles on the road. Really weird...
