Leased a brand new 2015 forester 2.5i premium, 6 speed manual and have reported oil consumption issues since the first 3500 miles on the car. I have had the short block replaced twice thus far, and getting ready to play their oil consumption test game again, as I am still having issues burning through 1 quart of oil every 3k miles!

Their solution is to back the car with 100k warranty; am I the only one that sees this as an insult?

It does me no good to get into a new car just to have to take it to the shop time and time again to get the same issues resolved. None of the repairs have resolved the issue, and Subaru's lack of customer service is 2nd to none!

I didn't like: Any part of dealing with subaru past the original sales date.
