When I bought my car from a Subaru Of America Retailer in New York, they offered a Oil change plan . after using it for 3 times , I went back to dealer and was told my oil change plan expired and I would have to pay for my oil change(less than 18K miles) . I did NOT received any notification, even though I was getting other "junk" email from them.

Why do I have to pay for my oil change when I am under 25K miles..

This was y First Subaru.. I was always a Toyota fan...

Is this a Subaru Of America scam to get your money? Subaru Retailer.

I think Subaru should let customer know at the time of purchase, plan is for "X" miles and not x year before this expires, because not everyone drives long distances.. just my 2 centsShrug
