My son had a the Subaru 46 dealer in Mount Olive NJ perform some diagnostics on his Forester yesterday. When he picked up the vehicle the windshield was cracked.
The dealer is NOT taking responsibility for the damage. I will not deal with this dealership again. A friend of mine had known the previous service manager at this dealership who has since left because: "He was not happy with that place and the management, he said they were like mafia people." We plan to also report this to the Better Business Bureau. We are getting no satisfaction from the dealership.
The best they are offering is to replace the windshield at cost, which it totally unacceptable as they broke the windshield. They should replace it free of cost.
