Subaru agreed to buy this truck back. Finally, today is the day I am returning the Subaru Ascent and will be signing paperwork for them to buy this car back from me.It's been a long process but I am satisfied with the outcome. Crystal who helped me throughout this process also got them to refund all the plans I purchased with the car , a total of almost $1800 which I'm happy about.

I have called everyday since my truck was at the dealer which was last Wednesday. Everyday I call and they tell me that someone will call me back.

I'm still waiting for someone to contact me even if it's just by email. I would just like to know what Subaru is doing in regards to my 6 month old Ascent that has multiple blinking error lights on screen.

This doesn't seem like good customer service. The dealer told me that the part they need is on back order and they don't even know when it will be in.
