Subaru Of America - Subaru doesn't have necessary parts in stock and can take 2 months for a part for cars still n the road
I need a transmission wiring harness for my 2011 Forester (part 24030AA231) and was told there are none anywhere and it can take up to 2 months to get one from Subaru! How can Subaru sell me a car for 30K and then not have parts for it so I have to spend hundreds on car rentals while they may or may not make a part for me?
Where is the "Love" we see in the Subaru ads?
Why would I ever buy another Subaru and why should I not tell everyone I know NOT to buy a Subaru because of my horrible experience?
And when I found the one part in the entire USA my dealership said that dealership might not want to sell it to me buy save it for their customers -we are all customers of all Subaru dealerships! This is not "Love" - beware of Subaru!
