Subaru Of America in Huntington, New York - Shop can't duplicate my complaint

when starting (when cold) and going about 50 feet and turning right i get a hesitation, almost cutting out, for a second sometimes more. Like many years ago the power steering would cause the car to hesitate with a tight turn.I know this car is all computerized so it's not the same, but it feels like this.

My last lease payment (to Mercedes Benz Finance) was to have been made by Subaru of Glendale. It apparently was not and I am now being threatened with collection. This dealer has ignored my emails, voicemails and my mail (sent to the same address on my Subaru contract) was returned"Return to Sender; Forward time expired." If this is not handled within 48 hours I will contact the Better Business Bureau and I will post a scathing review on social media. The minute that I took possession of my 2019 Subaru Outback (which I love), all customer service ceased. These people should not be able to deal with the public.

•Victory auto sold us a used car, 2007 Suberu. Said it had a new used engine just installed, ran well, won't need anything for some time. Within 100 miles of driving needed 3,500+ in oil leak repairs. Warped head gasket was easily seen by the next mechanic. Vistory is an auto mechanic shop. according to the web, all the problems I am having with my Outback are common, as is Subaru's lack of response. Faulty windshields, faulty video/computer after many visits, faulty gas gauge, faulty sound system, dealer who won't give you an appointment for months. As a fan of Subaru for 30 years, it really does make me sad that I will never buy another one.

Try calling them when they are not closed. That test ]drive incentive costs nothing for the dealer, so they should be happy to help you.

Called roadside assistance. They said my 2016 was not covered. I told them we traded that in for a new 2018 outback. No record on file. Had to jump thru hoops get vin number etc. My wife is very ill and they want me running back and forth. finally said on the way. Waited two hours no call. They said it was denied?? Not sure why, so I could have waited all night. I may have to bring my wife to hospital. I have owned many Subaru's but this is the last straw. I will never own another after this terrible service!!!
