Victory Auto Service And Glass - Used car purchase - Buyer beware

•Victory auto sold us a used car, 2007 Suberu. Said it had a new used engine just installed, ran well, won't need anything for some time. Within 100 miles of driving needed 3,500+ in oil leak repairs. Warped head gasket was easily seen by the next mechanic. Vistory is an auto mechanic shop. The only words we heard after the compliant was, "As Is." (as you would expect. Buyer beware

Subaru Of America in Port Henry, New York - Flat tire.

Called roadside assistance. They said my 2016 was not covered. I told them we traded that in for a new 2018 outback. No record on file. Had to jump thru hoops get vin number etc. My wife is very ill and they want me running back and forth. finally said on the way. Waited two hours no call. They said it was denied?? Not sure why, so I could have waited all night. I may have to bring my wife to hospital. I have owned many Subaru's but this is the last straw. I will never own another after this terrible service!!!
