according to the web, all the problems I am having with my Outback are common, as is Subaru's lack of response. Faulty windshields, faulty video/computer after many visits, faulty gas gauge, faulty sound system, dealer who won't give you an appointment for months. As a fan of Subaru for 30 years, it really does make me sad that I will never buy another one.

Try calling them when they are not closed. That test ]drive incentive costs nothing for the dealer, so they should be happy to help you.

Called roadside assistance. They said my 2016 was not covered. I told them we traded that in for a new 2018 outback. No record on file. Had to jump thru hoops get vin number etc. My wife is very ill and they want me running back and forth. finally said on the way. Waited two hours no call. They said it was denied?? Not sure why, so I could have waited all night. I may have to bring my wife to hospital. I have owned many Subaru's but this is the last straw. I will never own another after this terrible service!!!

I have to disagree with you. I work for a Subaru dealer in the Midwest and I have seen Subaru help people who they should not have helped.

Whenever there has been "Gray Areas" Subaru has taken the side of the owner. A technician would disassemble the engine and inspect it.

If the wear is showing, then a receipt won't help. Buy a new car and only allow the dealer to service it and then you couldn't possibly be at fault.

Perhaps you are not aware that the air around us, the air you and I breathe is 78 percent nitrogen and nitrogen inflation is just a clever sales tool.

I was wondering why a push button start car would be able to drive away from the key fob and not die? It only lights up a place on the dash that says it can't detect the key fob. Also, why not program the car engine to die if the car does not detect a person in the seat or the car in drive? Our Mack trucks have a programmable feature that lets us choose how long a truck can sit at idle. Just maybe something to look at while making updates, thanks for your time.

My ac compressor serial number 307D160010 failed this summer and I had to get it replaced with the new unit. Before so it would make a screeching noise. This unit was not covered as it was not a service recall. I paid out of pocket at the cost of $710 for the ac compressor unit. $267 was also paid for ac evac capture and recharge as well as installation labor. I am inquiring about compensation or mitigation on these losses as it was much. Thank you.
