With your attitude, I'd be glad to get rid of you, too. You aren't very nice and you don't know how to complain properly ; all you've done is call, call, call. Last I heard, Hawaii was, for some reason, a state of the USA ; why not buy an American car instead of one of those silly little oriental things ?

At the Natick dealership for a simple oil change with an appt. this is now a one and a half hour ordeal. The heck with the warranty I’m going to go back to using mobile. This is the third time I’ve sat in here waiting a rediculoulsy long time for basic service.

And they probably used the wrong oil filter like Tindol Subaru in Gastonia,NC did on my wife’s Subaru. Then they overfill coolant so they can overcharge you on the bill.

Then ( without asking permission) they wash the engine bay down with water. We then paid almost seven hundred dollars for the 60,000 mile service. A lot of money to change out a few fluids.

We sold Subaru. Never buy Japanese car again.

Subaru Of America - Wanted a new Subaru without roof rack

Talked to customer service, lady told me I couldn't order an Outback or Forester without a roof rack. Don't like them, wouldn't use it. Funny that you can get the base car without a roof rack, but force you to take one. Guess I'll buy something else.

How exactly were they bullying you? If they ask you to repeat yourself, or to speak more clearly, that isn't bullying.

Some people from other cultures find it difficult to understand other cultures, it's just a way of life. Also, some people have hearing issues and need you to speak slowly/clearly/repeat sometimes. Everyone always wants to use the race card, and only certain cultures are supposed to be taught "diversity".

If you really feel like they are bullying you then leave the car maintenance to your husband, problem solved, and you won't have to deal with it anymore. Lesson learned.
