I have called everyday since my truck was at the dealer which was last Wednesday. Everyday I call and they tell me that someone will call me back. I'm still waiting for someone to contact me even if it's just by email. I would just like to know what Subaru is doing in regards to my 6 month old Ascent that has multiple blinking error lights on screen. This doesn't seem like good customer service. The dealer told me that the part they need is on back order and they don't even know when it will be in.

Subaru Of America - Replacing Tires after a year

I bought a 2016 outback certified car last year from squir hill dealer sheap of pittsburgh PA, the milage was about 9000. And now after a year by 24000 milage they say, you need to replace the tires. The question is why if there were the original tirers. I got legacey I didnt replace tires yet the milage is 57000. I told them, they say there is original tires. Im so unsatisfied about it and I want you to give me an advice about?

I recently called about an issue with our Sirius XM radio receiver. I was treated with the utmost respect and assured that the problem would be resolved. I was given a voucher to help with the cost of repairs. Currently the issue is still unresolved, but I have no doubt Subaru will fix things. This is such a great company--our very first Subaru, but definitely not the last. I am not satisfied with the local Subaru technician, but that is another issue. Customer service gets two thumbs up from me.

The Great Pumpkin wanted his skin back. I can't tell from the photos whether bare metal has been exposed or the primer coat ; that would likely determine the source of the problem.

Most of the online comments condemn the orange so it's probably the problem. But if that's bare metal exposed, the problem is either the surface prep, primer, or friction from a malfitting component.

Subaru Of America in Baldwinsville, New York - Poor customer service with handling a recall

6/24/2019 I got a recall safety notice for my vehicle ( 2016 Subaru Crosstrek) regarding the need to have a brake light replacement. I called my local Subaru dealer today and was told the latest appointment I could make for this service on any day of the week ( M-F) was 1:30pm. There is no way that I can afford to take time off from work to take my vehicle in so I had to make an appointment at the end of October when I happened to have a day off. Apparently this dealer takes appointments for service until 4:30pm M-F but won't accept an appointment after 1:30pm for this recall safety service. I think that is very poor customer service . I hope the company truly does care about customer safety and puts an end to this practice. ( Romano Subaru Syracuse, NY)

Subaru Of America - Gift card not received

My husband (Mounir banoub) went to Yark Subaru of Toledo Ohio with a voucher to receive $65 gift card after test driving a vehicle . He was interested in the outback . That was on 4/27/19 . Did not receive the gift card & when I called to follow up I was told that it was done by a third party & it is coming directly from Subaru & Yark has nothing to do with it !!
