Subaru Of America - I am the Fleet Manager, Makueni County Government

Nairobi Office is mistreating its clients. We need urgent intervention of the HQ Office. My emails are blocked for raising genuine and pertinent issues. Right now there are vehicles which need my approval for repairs but I cannot email because I am blocked. Phone Calls are not picked and clients are frustrated. Subaru Of America in Charlotte, North Carolina - Subaru AWFUL Customer service

Bought a New 2017 Loaded Outback Oct 2017, Oct 2018 Radio/Nav cut off randomly, Williams Subaru Charlotte NC , Ordered new electronics Oct 2018, Called Dealer 4 times till Dec 2018 to find status, then called Subaru North America to file a Complaint.... they have called the dealer for 6 weeks now with no return calls to their Customer Service/Corp HQ in NJ. Williams Subaru in Charlotte NC is A-W-F-U-L , Ive owned 2 Subarus over the years...THIS WILL 100% SURE TO BE MY LAST!.

You can take your car to another Subaru dealer and have that dealer's mechanics check it out. I assume it is still under warranty.

I had a really bad Buick dealer's service department in my town but got the thing fixed by taking it to another dealership in a nearby town.

Since it appears Subaru corporate also doesn't care, probably best to buy another brand next time. Why give Subaru your business?

Don't get so "bent out of shape" over this. Some guy named Larry at the dealership tasked with changing the oil thought there might be a problem; he called Shemp over to look who thought yes, there might be a problem; and when Moe got involved, all three stooges agreed you "might" have a problem.

Have a drink and forget about it. Just don't take your vehicles there again.
