Wanted to trade in my 2009 Outback for a 2017 in July. First, they tried to give me a copy of the window sticker for the one I wanted (at an Orlando dealership) without the VIN (excruciatingly carefully placed on the copier to leave the VIN off!).

Second, they confirmed the car was available (a lie), took my $1000 deposit and told me I could pick it up in two days. Turns out the car was not available, they knew it and, third, they deposited my check anyway... 10 business days before I could get it back.

Then they tried to sell me another more expensive Outback from their lot instead of processing my return. Abysmal!
