Worst Warranty Service among any brand - Made In America Cars.

If the price is low compared to other brands with similar features, then Subaru also making fun of customer giving them car made of plastics and fiber. Interior of the cars are so cheap plastic material, I wont get that cheap quality even in Dollar Tree product.

I own a 2018 Subaru Outback, The radio / Infotainment system got dead in a year of use. under warranty trying to get the replacement from Subaru USA for past 2 months , NO RESPONSE, just giving excuses every time I call them.

I went to dealership - Stivers Decatur Subaru ( unique in Atlanta , GA ) couple of time to request to expedite if possible, But They have nice Free WI-FI in the dealership for customers visiting for service named as : "Grateful Dead Guest"

I have the same feeling now.
