First thing to do is file a complaint with the federal government at: https://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/VehicleComplaint/ Then, start with Subaru corporate and report the problem and see what they intend to do. You might want to do some more research online into the problem you had with the car to find out more info on other people's problems and any efforts by anyone to get action from Subaru.

Check to see if there are any recalls on the vehicle. At least your insurance should rectify most of the financial costs, but then again, they will probably raise your rates.

I had the same problem a long time ago with a VW and ended up trading it in before anything bad happened. VW denied, of course there was any problem.

Subaru Of America review in Everett, Washington: Very hard ride

3.0
Details
I traded in my 2010 forester at Roy Robinsons Marysville , wash. It had a good ride . 2015 is very rough riding, is this normal or should I have some concerns Dealer said it would take 6000 mis for it to break in. . Is this true or are they just pulling my leg. I took it in to see if they could do something about it but it didn't seem to help. It actually chatters your teeth on rough roads. It hurts my wifes back sitting in the passengers seat. What happens at the end of 6000 mis . Do I just have to live with it , or would you try to resolve the problem? Joe Legaz
