I purchased a new 2017 Subaru outback. I am getting ready to put on my third windshield.

I live 75 minutes from the closest dealership. I have waited hours upon hours for windshield repair. The dealership will not accept my insurance for the re-calibration as well. I have researched Subaru problems and find that you have been aware of the problem and no recalls have been started.

The records show numerous owners have complained and are issuing a law suit. I have State Farm and they have a two strike(claim) your out rule.

I do not want to lose my insurance because of Subaru's failed windshield. I appreciate your assistance.
